Customs Taxes
Our prices DO NOT include VAT, Goods and Services Tax, or other country taxes.
For international clients who have to pay customs fees, you will receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile or your local customs authorities requesting payment to clear your order through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way to avoid customs. Once you have made this payment to the customs broker, your order will be processed for final delivery.
Package Weight and Dimensions
All parts of the map are securely packed in polystyrene and come already gift-wrapped.
International Patent
The Wooden World Map is protected by international patent and copyright laws. By copying the product, you commit copyright infringement and face serious legal problems.
We hope you absolutely love every single product we send you.
But sometimes things happen in life and plans change, we understand that.
We accept returns and exchanges of items that are not personalized, not custom-made, and not on sale, within 30 days of receiving the package.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER: All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs for exchanged items.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for personalized, custom-made, or sale items.
EXCHANGE: If we made an incorrect personalization on your order, we will gladly send you a replacement of the personalized item. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved because we received an incorrect image or misspelled text from you.
Refund in case of force majeure
Please note! We will refund the cost of the items, but shipping costs will be deducted from the product price if:
- the customer was unavailable during the delivery process
- the customer provided an invalid phone number and/or email address
If the item was used by the postal service for the same reason, we will not cover the costs.
If the customer rejects the package without reason, the package will be used, and we will not cover the costs.
