All orders will be shipped within 5-10 working days after purchase.

DUTY TAXES

Our prices do NOT include VAT, tax on goods and services or other country taxes.
For international customers who have to pay customs fees, you will receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile or your local customs authorities requesting payment to process your order through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way to bypass customs. Once you have made this payment to the customs broker, your order will be processed for final delivery.

Package weight and dimensions

All parts of the card are safely packed in polystyrene and are already delivered as gift-wrapped.

International Patent

The Wooden World Map is protected by international patent and copyright laws. By copying the product, you will infringe copyright and face serious legal problems.

We hope you absolutely like every single product we send you.

But sometimes something happens in life and plans change, we understand that.

We accept returns and exchange of items that are not personalized, not custom-made and not on sale within 30 days of receipt of the package.

TO RETRANSMITTING/EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER: All items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. The customer shall bear the return costs and any shipping costs for the items sent in exchange.

We do NOT accept returns or exchange of personalized, custom-made or sale items.

UMTAUSCH:If we have made an incorrect personalization of your order, we will be happy to send you a replacement delivery of the personalized item. We do not replace articles that were incorrectly engraved because we received a wrong picture or text from you.

Refund in case of force majeure

Please note! We will refund the cost of the items, but the shipping cost will be deducted from the product price if:

  • The customer was not available during the delivery process
  • The customer has provided an invalid phone number and/or email address

If the item was used by the Postal Service for the same reason, we will not cover any costs.

If the customer refuses the package for no reason, the package will be used and we will not cover the cost.
