Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.


We hope you absolutely love every single souvenir we send you. But sometimes something happens in life and plans change, we understand that.


RETRANSMITTING & EXCHANGE: We accept returns and exchange of items that are not personalized, not custom-made and not on sale within 30 days of receipt of the package. The items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. The buyer bears the cost of the return and all the shipping costs incurred for the exchange of an item.


We do NOT accept returns or exchange of personalized, custom-made or sale items.


UMTAUSCH: If we have made an incorrect personalization of your order, we will be happy to send you a replacement delivery of the personalized item. We do not replace articles that were incorrectly engraved because we received a wrong picture or text from you.


Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will return the item to you. Refund Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card companies, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially booked. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is booked. If you have done all this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at goodwstore@gmail.com.


Shipping

To return your product, please send it to: Ozerna 85 Irpin UA 08200. You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

If you're shipping a $75 item, consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


REFUND IN THE CASE OF HIGHER VIOLENCE

Please note, we will refund the price of the product, but the shipping cost will be deducted from the price of the product if:

  • You were not available during the delivery process
  • You did not provide a valid phone number and email address
  • The package was used by the postal service for the same reason, we will not cover any costs
  • The customer refuses the package for no reason, the package will be used and we will not cover the cost
