Ich bin sehr begeistert von der Karte… Allerdings ist die Antarktis verhältnismäßig viel zu groß. Ich denke da wurde mir ein falsches Teil geliefert
I really am very pleased with my wooden wall map, it has made a huge difference to how the room feels and looks. The quality of the map pieces are extremely good and I found it very easy to put together once I had found the centre of the wall and applied the two templates. Whenever I enter the room my eyes are automatically drawn to it, it is such a great show piece!

Love the look, feel & quality of this world map. The 3D effect & colours makes the map pop on a wall. I decide to take a different approach & paste it on a whiteboard instead. I can then take this to another room if required. Just ensure you are using good quality 3M tape to ensure the wood bonds well with the board or wall for the larger pieces. Till then, I will keep adding my flags & little aeroplane pins for my travels. I am certain the larger maps are stunning too, space constraint on my end unfortunately. The 3D Physical map is beautiful. Colors and details are really great. Service with Enjoy the Wood was outstanding: map was delayed but customer service was great in fast answering my email and the agent Pavel was super professional. Information in the website is very accurate from what you get. There are minor missings in the map (some countries and islands) but we were expecting from the information in the website. It would be great to have some cardboards stencils for the islands' location.

When receiving my Enjoy the Wood map I was a bit nervous on how to put it together but it was easy as well as very fun to do on my living room wall and did it all by myself. Makes a great wall decoration and certainly a great conversation pieces. Now thinking of doing my bedroom different colours map to start dreaming of great vacations. Ok quality and easy to Mount on the Wall.
The map came on time. When it was opened after Christmas, we found it packaged really well and nothing was damaged/broken. Fairly easy to figure out how to put up. Pick the wall in the house, and use the cardboard templates to start in each top corner. Just make sure they are the right height, distance apart and level. It's like doing a big jigsaw puzzle and most of the bigger pieces lock together and are fairly self explanatory as to where they go. Most of the bigger islands are easy enough to put in place going off the map, but about 3 or 4 of the last smaller islands, I had to look up on googlemaps to figure out where they went. I guess the map in the instructions could be a little more detailed if I'm being really picky. Overall a great product and addition to our newly decorated room.

Will the map also stick to a non-perfectly smooth and even wall (e.g. textured plaster or wallpaper)?
Yes, it adheres. However, it depends on the type and thickness of the wall's surface layer. The smoother, the better.
How long does it actually take to mount the card?
Assembly takes a few hours. It's a fun project to do in a group if you want.
Any tips for assembly?
Only open the set containing the map 2-3 hours after bringing it home, allowing it to acclimate to your apartment's temperature. After opening the set, follow the enclosed assembly instructions and watch the video tutorials. Please note that to separate the islands, you should carefully press down on each piece from top to bottom until it detaches, to avoid chipping.
